It's an AC21 case.

Does anyone know what the longest RFE wait period is?
there is really no way to predict, isn't it.
if you are lucky, within a week,
else, who knows how long?
let's assume I jump company by using AC21 rule this month, and next month an RFE comes asking for 6 paystubs
since I only worked for new company 1 month, I don't have 6 paystubs... what should I do? wait until I have 6 paystubs (which may past the RFE reply time) or submit old pay stubs from...
if INS is still processing 485 but just holding the final approval then we suppose to see some rfes for Oct/Nov filers...
but so far, there is none...
so do you really think INS is working?!
have anyone ever considered:
if you work for a company for two years ~ (LC - 485 final stage)
you may get one or more salary raise(s)
obviously you will make more than what LC states...
answer:
1. First we state that girls require time and money
Girls = Time * Money
2. and as we all know that "time is money"
Time = Money
therefore:
Girls = Money * Money = Money^2
and also we know 'money is the root of all evil'
Money = sqrt(Evil)...
judging by the current speed, i guess we have to wait until first week of Oct. to see some Nov. approvals. (this does not count the possible audit period)
what do u guys think...
i can't wait no more....
