Consular to 485 - please help
I had opted for consular processing in I140. But with this concurrent thing coming up i would like to file for 485. My I140 is still pending with INS (filed in April 2002). The question i have is that can i file for 485 now and ask for change from consular to 485? What is the procedure? Can...- smile11
