This really sucks, now 360 days to 450 days and few days back they said they don't want to touch concurrent I140 till I485 is ready to adjudicated, which means I485 portability option is ruined for most of us. any update on Pilot program? Thanks VCB

Guys, Small clarification. INS is letting people to file H1 from April 1st. but they are going to process filed applications from October 1st 2004. This early filing allows people to maintain their status. hope the process our I140's soon. Tks VCB

Its usual thing. most of the people who filed 140 and 485 together are getting FP notices. if look into CA 140 forums, you can see lot of postings about receving FP notices when I140 is pending. hope this helps. tks, vcb

I think it may take few more weeks to move H1b offices into I140 production unit. yesterday they said that H1b cap reached, that does not mean all the H1 applications have been processed, so we may have to wait another 2 or 3 weeks to see some actibity in I140. lets hope for the best...

I have seen a couple who have opted this procedure and got greencard successfully. In their case Husband got layed off after filing I485 then his wife got her I140 approved. he did flip-flop and their geencard got approved. good luck.

mine is concurrent filing under EB2, orginal labor and both(140 & 485) are pending at INS. by the way i have not received AP, I got just EAD. I dont have my case numbers in hand(company attorney did not provide any info about case numbers), so I cannot check the status of AP. the EAD cards...

may be they(BCIS) misplaced your pending I485 receipt copy which you enclosed with I765 application. check with your attorney. I filed I140 and I485 together in October and my 765 was approved on Jan 22nd. Hope this helps. Tks VCB
