My lawyer is giving me grief about getting the original approval notice, long story don't ask. I was wondering if I can use the courtesy approval notice that the BCIS sent to me directly to get my passport stamped? Please let me know if anyone has any insight. Thanks

The last time I called the BCIS was over a year ago. After that I gathered from this groups posts that it was useless to call.

The online status never got updated. It went from "We recieved information" for the RFE message to "Approved" They never updated for the 2ndFP. I did check with the FBI and they told me that they had processed the FP the same day as I got them done. I went for 2nd FP on the scheduled date. I...

No I went on the scheduled date. I tried going earlier but they did not allow me to get the FP done - I went to the Hackensack NJ office. B/w which FBI office should I call?

I just got my send FP done a week ago and my online status has not changed yet. Just wondering if anybody knew how long it typically takes before the status is updated?

I tried to go early, but the BCIS guy did not let me get fingerprinted before the date on the form. But no harm in trying. B/w I went to the Hackensack, NJ BCIS center.

I got my second notice about a month after the original FP expired - you should get it in July.
