    H1B will expire 2/1/2003, can I get the entry visa outside US??

    My friend wants to take a vacation back to China next month, however, his H1B will expire Feb 1st, 2003, he worries if the consulate won't issue him the US entry visa as his H1B will expire in less than half year. Can somebody give me some advice? Thanks!!
