f1 visa when once f1 visa gets rejected we have to apply at the consulate by post.we cannot go in person for one year from the date of first interview.- bhavanishankar

Dear friends I had applied for an fi visa at the US consulate at Chennai, INDIA.My VISA was rejected without any reasons.I am reapplying now.What are the chances of getting it and what are the documents to be sent.:)- bhavanishankar
