Re: how about ur friend??? guykamal, I am also in the same boat. I140 Rd 04/30(EB2/RIR). Applied for I485 on 08/12. I am done with FP on 9/25. Haven't received EAD yet.

I do not have exact knowledge of it.. But I know that she can get the excemption for the shots if your wife is pregnant. You can discuss it with doctor who will be doing medical exam for INS.

Already Filed I-140 with CP Option -How new law could help I had filed I-140 with CP option. Can I file I-485 now to get EAD and then go for CP when I-140 approves. Is there any mention of this in new law ?
