What does the following RFE AVM mean?
The message means that you should wait for a desision on your case for as long as it takes (30-60-90-300 days). :-) Don't pay much attention to the stupid numbers in the message. It's created by an idiotic machine. My message kept saying 30-60 days for over a year. Then it switched to the...- olka

EB1-OR and EB2-NIW at the same time
It is very understandable: anything can happen at the the INS! I also applied EB1-OR and NIW at the same time. The first one, done with an attorney and expected to be straightforward, has been denied. The second one was done without a lawyer and has been approved. So, it's not a bad idea...- olka
