Printout of InfoPass appointment
You can reenter your information on the InfoPass Website and it will pull up your record which you can then print. I think they don't allow duplicate appointments, so when you enter your info, the system will bring up the appointment that you already set. Hope...
Appointment
Hi Nathan:
I also have an appointment for 20th Dec in San Jose. Do you know if we can "walk-in" for the Stamping without Infopass Appointment. Have you collected any other information here that you can summarize for me.
Thanks.
Passport Stamping
Hi Leanback:
Is your local INS office for Passport Stamping - Monterey Road, San Jose?
Also is it possible for us to go in without an Infopass appointment for Stamping?
Also is it ok to go in earlier than the date on the letter for Stamping?
Thanks
Friends:
Has anyone successfully gotten their Passport Stamping done at Monterey Road INS in San Jose, California without an Infopass Appointment?
Are they letting walk-ins? Your sharing will help a lot.
Thanks in Advance

Question to Raju595:
Hi Raju:
You seem to know what you are talking about. Any suggestions?
I am substituting an approved labor from Philadelphia DOL, but I live in California currently. My company has offices in both Philadelphia and New Jersey (both under Vermont BCIS). What address...
Labor Substitution procedure
From what I have gathered, for Labor Substitution you don't need to interact with the DOL at all. All that is needed is for the ETA 750 B form to be filled for the "Substituter" and attached with the approved ETA 750 A, B (which would have been stamped by DOL after...
Call BCIS
You may try calling your BCIS and getting the address updated while still staying on the line with them. That ensures that the update is actually done on the system. And, if the EAD has not already been sent out (not gone into the OUT hopper) it should reach you at the new updated...
Hi everyone:
It is more important than ever to remain positive and hopeful. So I thought it might be a good idea to start a thread on positive quotes for Emotional Support. Here are some to begin with:
1. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger
2. Don't forget to enjoy your life "in...
I-131 Affidavit of Support
I know this post is a little dated, but it might help someone nevertheless, so here goes:
Its also important to note that your spouse would have filed the 131 (Affidavit of Support) which swears under oath that you (the dependent spouse) will not become public...
Savant123456
Hi Savant123456:
Any idea if substituted labors save time in the 140/485 process if the approved labor has a PD say 1 year earlier than the date that is being processed?
Thanks

Abandoning I-485
Whatever you do, just remember that once you apply to process the CP route, any filed AOS applications (I-485) are considered abandoned. So go for the CP only if you are absolutely sure you want to do it.
Good one :)
Good "Conspiracy Theory" especially Possibility 6; you can add a 7th:
They still use pigeons. They have a big rotating pigeon-hole stack and it all goes by which file looks more colorful to the pigeon!
Best to talk to Attorney

I would highly recommend you work closely with your attorney to decide what to do. It is too subjective to recommend anything.
