    RD 8/8/01, RFE issued on 8/9.

    Hi, We did submit a Non-Availability cert for my husband since the lawyer asked for it. His YOB is 1972 (His parents managed to get the Non_availability. It just says that the records for the year so & so were searched for so & so person in so & so municipality & was not available)

    axrx..i beg to differ. But the H1 does not expire when you apply for a EAD / AP . It expires only if you start using the EAD/AP. If you have a valid Visa & have a EAD/ AP but have not used the EAD/AP you can still work on the Visa & travel with the Visa. and Viv Richards is right about...
