I got my pp stamped at Detroit on 6/3/02 and still no news. It all depends on local INS when to send I89 back to service center. I don't think we can do any better than waiting and go again for stamping if card not received in a year time. :rolleyes:

Till last week my AVM was not changed. I think its detroit INS office which takes its own time to send I89 back to service center, (VSC for me.) I am looking for any one who has stamped at detroit around june first...
SriniB, there is no logic
It all depends on how fast the local INS send your I89 back to service center. Once Service center receives I89 then there is not much delay in ordering a card.

I will wait for few more weeks and then I will call IIO. Anyway looking at cases stamped at INS Detroit office, the delay is 6-9 months. Detroit handles most of the cases from NSC and those who got PP stamped around july-aug 01 at Detroit are receiving their cards now.

Case approved in may from VSC, passport stamped at detroit in first week of june, Waiting for Cards.....
