can H4 dependent stay longer ......
i came on H1 and my wife came on H4 based on my H1. after coming to US i changed the job and got a new H1 with the validity upto 2004. if i am not going out of US i donot have get it stamped . my wife H4 expires next month and also i94. since she is dependent on me and my visa got extended...- sango
