Processing Times It is definitely much less than 75 days. In my company 4 of us had applied for I-140 around the same week. NSC had a turn around time of 30-45 days for all our petitions. The AVM continued to say it takes 60-75 days for processing. So I am guessing IIO just told what AVM says... -
