    Do we have to send coppies of W2 and Tax returns at the time of filing I485? I applied for I485 in Nov 2000. My Lawyer did not ask me for W2 and Tax returns at that time. Hence we did not send it. Will this create a problem in processing? Thanks for any input INSSlave

    486/EAD/AP application in December

    No Title Hi, I applied for I-484/EAD/AP in November. My RD is 11/03/200 and ND is 11/15/2000. Still waiting for EAD and AP. I have to go to INDIA in Feb 1st week. Planning to go to local INS office in Detroit to get AP sometimes Next week. Any experience in this regard will be very helpful...
