Got approval notice 2/28/02, approved on 2/20/02....eom  

i recently got approved and I am waiting for my approval notice which I know will direct me to go to NY City office to get the stamping. Can we go to any other office instead ? Albany is much closer and more convinient to us. Please if any one has such experience, would appreciate if you can...

I agree with this. If you want to take up further, you can sue him saying he did not provided suffi But if I were you, I would pay him and leave him alone.

He is either lying or doesn\'t know If he has filed G-28, then he will get the actuall approval notice and you will get the courtesy copy. If no G-28 is filed, then you will get the actual copy.

Did you filed yourself ? or used some services like HR Block? In case you used some services to file, they should have given you a copy of the tax return. If not,or if you have lost, you should still be able to get a copy of that from them. Give it a shot..Good Luck
