INSNSCsucks 1) If you have H1 Multiple, you don't need AP. But, if you have AP, then H1 Multiple is not valid anymore and your status will be based on EAD and AP. 2) Once a case is transfered to a local office, everything will be dealt by them. In your case, Detroit.

latest update We applied for her EAD on 8/5/02 after we found out that the case has been transfered to DTW. Finally, they woke up and gave us a date on 10/11 for "EAD only". GC interview, not before Nov/Dec. Well, one thing at a time !!! Hillbilly
