Any EB3 with current PD waiting from NSC?
No Title Blue_jack, My PD is 9/2/97 NOT 11/2/97 (confused month of SEP as NOV) You should get AVM message today!!!. If you don\'t get it by tuesday, call them up, may be they want re-do of medical ( I sincerely hope not)- Deepyd

No Title I was browsing this message and at the same time called INS and at last....AVM said those 5 magic words \'This case has been approved\' it was approved on 4/11/2001. No Title Mine is EB3, NSC PD 11/2/97 ( Missed by 1 day in FEB, now current). RD 9/3/99 ND 10/14/99 FP 11/28/2000 no RFE and so far no AVM... Have a nice day...- Deepyd
