No Title Yes you can enter with the I94. Ensure that your H1 is valid(not cancelled by the company) and definately carry a copy of the H1 labor approval for the city you are working in.- rbdelhi

bangy..Is it not good to go with a company that follows the INS rules?...just a thought? I have been in consulting for a few years now. This is just another story. Atleast it is good to hear that they follow the INS laws very strictly. I would trust that company more than a company that does...- rbdelhi
