Hello, I have been a permanent resident since 2008 but I've been taking re-entry permits as I was studying back home. I permanently moved here on March 19th 2013 and just took one trip for 24 days outside the US in the last 2.5 years. Am I eligible to apply? Please do help me in this regard...
