Working on EAD, I94 expiring. Should renew or not?
Hi I appreciate if you guys can help me with the situation. We applied for I485 in november 2001, and my wife is working on EAD from last two months. Her VISA and I94 are expiring next month, I have my H1 VISA and I94 valid till end of this year. Question is whether I have to renew her...- Sridharreddy
