Got two Payslips for Month of december 2002

URGENT - COS H1B to F1 - HELP.
H1 to FI I want to start study full time and for that I have to change visa from H1B to F1. I am working full time currently so have a valid visa but in order to change my visa do I have to leave usa and go back to India or is their another less risky option. thanks for your time- MSkid
