Hi everyone, I have a question. Can I register with my National ID (no passport) for DV Lottery 2024. I heard a federal judge has struck down a rule requiring diversity visa applicants to obtain passports before they could enter an annual lottery for the U.S. entry papers.

Hey Britsimon, Is there any limitation in numbers of applications you made? I heard that one can apply only up to 10 times.

But you have time till 30 of September. You should check daily you current status whether you have been selected or not. Am I right or not?
