RD:8/8 case approved on 8/5/02
They ask for the copy of my passport and I-20 forms. I do not know why I received this RFE. My lawyer just sent them out to INS.- yku

RD:8/8 case approved on 8/5/02
Folks, The long wait is finally over. Both our cases got approved yesterday. RD:8/8/01 ND:9/28/01 FP:4/2/02 RFE issued on 7/23 RFE recived by INS on 7/31 AD:8/5/02 This is a very helpful site. Good luck to all! Thanks again for this board and people posting on it.- yku
