    staying in US while I-730 processing

    Hi, my husband filled I-730 for me and my kid in February 2015 in Utah for Nebraska office. But as we are Europeans we can come to visit anytime with the Visa Waiver program , I wonder if we can stay while our case is processing. or will it affect our case!

    I think you should fill the I-130. Like this you get a prior date before your kid turns 21. Good luck.
