Early FP in SF A friend of mine called me up over the weekend saying that it's no point going in early. He went in early 2 weeks ago (scheduled for July) and they took his FP in San Francisco but got a letter from BCIS stating he has to come back on his schedule date. And he's not supposed to...

Just talked to them too Was told that they are working on cases on and before Mar 01 2002. The new processing time won't be out till beginning of June. I thought these people read off a screen like what they do in customer service jobs that were outsourced.... :p

Who normally gets the FP notice? The applicant or the Lawyer? I remember my first FP notice was sent to me. Does anyone think that I should check with my old lawyer's firm? j
