    indogate, Though the notice says 140-170 days, on an average NSC takes only 40 days for EAD/AP processing. Vinay

    Sounds like it takes about 30-45 days for processing EAD and AP at NSC

    INS mail after address change

    INS sends official documents, including the AP and EAD, in envelopes which instruct the Post Office to NOT forward any INS mail to a new address, but to return the mail to INS. If you have changed addresses, and even though you let INS know of that change, INS takes many months to record...

    Hi, After sending the documents to the attorney how long does he/she takes to file the AOS? It has been over a month and half now and I haven't heard from my attorney yet... I'm wondering if it is too early to complain to my employer? Vinay
