spoken to IIO spoken to IIO yesterday 06/25 at 3PM, she said, they r doing aug 4th cases, right now, my case is 08/08, so my case will be assigned to officer next week. Way to go for aug filers!

my rd is same! Hi, RD 08/08/01 ND 09/28/01 FP 01/11/02 PD 05/26/00 When I spoken to IIO, she said, my case is not august case, it\'s september case based on ND 09/28/01. So I am still in waiting phase. Best of luck!

hi, Even I am also in the same boat, actually my rd is 08/08 and nd is 09/28. But in INS computer system they entered as rd=nd=09/28. So we have to wait.
