Yes, my RD is indeed Aug 21, 2001. During those months there was this scare of anthrax and the INS had stopped opening mails. I guess my 485 petition got lost during that time only to be discovered in Dec. Another thing to note -- My attorney had sent a fax enquiry for 485 receipt in late Nov...- obelix
