What are the consequences of Withdrawal of I-130 before approval?
If you choose to withdraw your I-130 application before it is approved, will USCIS consider your reasons for doing so? Or will they accept the simple statement "I would like to withdraw my application" and ask no further questions?- jollygoodrogers
