If one is allowed to change employer beyond 180 days of filing then can one also change Job couple of weeks after approval of green card without any issue? Please advise

Hi Sir; Is there any requirement to remain with sponsoring employer after GC approval? If one change sponsoring employer one month after the approval of GC and move to new company leaving good terms with sponsoring employer would it cause any issue? Please advise
