I was also in F1 visa. I got selected for 2014 DV from Asia. I was never asked for affidavit of support.
The only documents required by my field office were
Birth certificate
Police clearance report from the state I was living,
High school certificate
current i-20, official sealed transcript...
When we talk about US embassy or any developed countries embassies, we somehow being from 3rd world country have some fear towards them. Actually if you have all originals documents and you being selected by US to have PR then don't be afraid.

You have to check the visa bulletin around June to apply I-485. If you are lucky and follow the process you have a chance to go green.

H1 is work visa. People with H1 are temporarily living in US.
Even some people didn't show any welcome letter and just needed to put the US address in Nepal during there interview where they want there green card to be mailed or where they intend to live in US at first time.

For Nepal you don't need any sponsor bgc holder or american citizen for DV. Affidavit of support is not needed to Nepalese.
DV is taken as a special case.
Get the Welcome letter from a gc holder or US citizen.
Other financial documents I have no idea, you can consult with other genius.
If you have timely filed ds-260 form you will get 2nl at the month of october. If so also you don't get it. email to kcc. they are there to help you. Your case number is very low so be happy.

Your wife not wanna come to US is bit confusing.
If you finalize your divorce lets say and you take your newly wife for the interview sounds fishy to the interviewer and you have chances to get rejected.

Looking at last your asia 8100 became current in aug 2014. But this year for oct 2015 asia statrted upto 2500. So, asia 8100 may be current by july or aug 2015. Chances are there for you to get the 2nd NL. Nepal got stopped at 9500 in 2014. So, anything could be possible. Hope for the better...
Your case number is current for october 2014. You can enjoy your green card by the end of october or nov 2014 if everything goes fine.
