Guys i need a quick advic .... I wrote Virginia as my cousin's address in my DS-260 , but i am going to stay with a friend in Portland Oregon. People are telling me not to change the address at the POE as i will receive the GC in Virginia faster than Oregon. P.S My status in USCIS is Optimized

Very Correct - @waelrt : the High school certificate is more important than the University degree.... make sure you have it with you ... Military record is always a document to be asked for ... good luck

it doesn't matter the way you put your name first time, when you fill up the DS-260 it should be as EXACTLY as the passport

in DS-260 ; write the name in the same exact order as the travel document (passport) - so for ex. : Your name + father's + grandfather's +his father + his father...this is the way our travel documents have been formed. where are you from ?

Hi David - As i have been advised earlier by the experts here, you may send an E-mail to KCC and request to unlock the DS-260 if you have already submitted it, unless you are a 2015 DV selectee and you don't want a delay in your process .... in that case you can explain it during the interview...

guys please, is there any Egyptian here who already processed in Abu Dhabi ? I need to know if you have been asked to (attest the military record by the Egyptian ministry of foreign affairs) by the US embassy in Abu Dhabi or not !

This is exactly what i am thinking @Sam16XXX .... So now the challenge is to find any Egyptian, who processed abroad (Either in Abu dhabi or anywhere else) ....

but did you process from Cairo ? i am processing from UAE, and as far as i know, all documents should be attested by ministry of foreign affairs! what do you think ?
