H1B cap exempt? Petition approved in 2007
Hi, My earlier I-797 was approved in April 2007 and validity was from 10/1/2007 to 9/30/2010. However, I did not go for the stamping and did not/do not hold an H1B visa. I was in the US for a year between Nov 2008 and Nov 2009 on an L1 visa. Please let me know if I am eligible for cap...- vdominic
