Questions of status change and visa stamping
H4-H1 . stamping required ? I have a similar question I am currently in US on H4 and in the process of applying for H1. Once I get H1 approved, do I have to necessarily get it stamped in pp , in order to work ? Or can i start working without passport stamping ? thanks- saurabhb2000
