Thank you, but this is the site I referred to in my original post as only stating local time. Unfortunately it is of no use when referring to "all other parts of the United States" without knowing the time zone for the main customer service center.

Can someone please tell me what time zone the USCIS National Customer Service Center located in. All the site says is call between 8 and 6 local time.

So by this statement as long as I gave her residence as Kuwait, by default they will assign the interview to the US consulate in Kuwait and then I was correct not to fill out section 22. ? If that is the case I did not screw up and leave it blank.

I thought the same thing, however the second part addresses the overseas location. I need to no how to correct this since it has already arrived at the lock box in Chicago.

I have recently just sent my wife's I 130 to the Chicago Lock box and I realized that I left block 22, the location for interview empty and I should have put Kuwait City Kuwait. What do I need to do and how much of a problem is this going to be? Thanks in advance.

A mistake on wifes I-130. I just filed my Wife's I 130 and left of the location for interview in block 22, it need to say Kuwait City Kuwait, I have not yet received a notification from the Chicago Lock box. How do i fix this?
