I140 denied - Pls help
My 140 is denied stating the job requirements and my skill set doesn't match, I have 3 yrs of bachelors of commerce and computers and 3 yrs MCA from India and 9 yrs of exp. AS per the blogs I should be qualified for EB2. But not sure why my case is denied. I am thinking my case was not...- jsbond
