I agree There is no point in calling IIO\'s. First of all its difficult to get through. Then when we finally get through we hear the story from an IIO. More than often, I see people getting different story each time they call up. So, maybe not calling an IIO may help keep our frustration level...

Its not true that Phoenix cases are moving fast My RD is 4/30 and ND is 6/29. I have filed the application from Phoenix. I did my FP on 11/03 and have not got an approval. I am not complaining but I think this theory of approval\'s based on the city is far-fetched.

Get going now...don\'t delay! Probably the first thing that needs to be done is to get through and speak with a knowledgeablee IIO. I am assuming you have your WAC#. After you get information on your ND, maybe you can request for a copy of the ND. Also, if your lawyer is not cooperatingng you...

EAD approval AVM change Today, when I checked the AVM for my EAD approval it said that on October 30th the case was approved and a notification was mailed...blah..blah. Earlier it had said based on review new card has been ordered and will take 120 days..blah blah. I am not sure what to make of...
