    Hi, Thanks for this forum, it seems very useful! I would like to visit my mom who is a citizen. I have a U.S. criminal record including mainly a misdemeanor that falls under crimes of moral turpitude, but no record since (7-8 years ago). Since I do not qualify for the visa waiver...
