Spouse filed a H1 from USA(Currenlty in H4), Can i file for H1 transfer to a different company
Hi, My spouse is in H4 status and will file for a fresh H1 petiton from employer A in April 2013. Employer A has taken all info related to me (my paystub etc) for my spouse Fresh H1 filing.
