Hi, My wife came to US on a H4 visa and then she converted to H1 last year. her H1 validity started from Nov'12. Now I wanted her to convert back to H4 status. She has a valid H4 visa till Jan'2014. She has plans of travelling to India this month. 1. Do I need to file I-539 to USCIS...- skeesara567
