Change of status question
My wife came to USA in H4 visa in January 2012 . She got an H1 visa through a company in November 28 , 2012 . But she never joined the company . We want to convert back to H4 . Can she just go out of the country to Mexico and return on her H4 visa . Please not that we do not have the I - 94 of...- ramkumarbs
