I dont think so. Once it is forwarded to DOL you should be getting a case no. This is to my best of knowledge. Please check with someone else also.

If you get your labour certified within 7 months you can get 7th year extension. I think you will not be able to use your previous employers add to process GC with a new employer. Your new employer should have advertised for the past 6 months. Good luck!!!

Hi, You can aply for future employment. There is no problem with it. GC is only for future employment. MY employer has a branch in delware which might take 4 months to get LC. Ram
