    I got a salary query from delaware initially once we replied they asked us to advs. after doing that we got a reply from phili saying that they recieved it. But i guess your case is already in DOL so you would not have to worry about the advs.

    I dont think so. Once it is forwarded to DOL you should be getting a case no. This is to my best of knowledge. Please check with someone else also.

    If you get your labour certified within 7 months you can get 7th year extension. I think you will not be able to use your previous employers add to process GC with a new employer. Your new employer should have advertised for the past 6 months. Good luck!!!
