H1B renewal stamping & arrest (violation)
I have a H1B renewal stamping coming up (the visa has been renewed already & I have the paperwork) I had a recent arrest and plead guilty to a violation (disorderly conduct). Will this affect my renewal stamping? Will the paperwork ask about this? Will I have to disclose this? What are...- user559
