Got RFE while filing for EAD.
Hii Rajiv, I am a L2 Visa Holder. My spouse Visa is expiring on 16th November 2012, so as mine. But our I-94 is expiring on June 2015. I applied for EAD but got a RFE asking for Visa extension of my spouse. Since our I-94 is valid upto June 2015 so my spouse employer is not filing for L1 Visa...- ananyabhowmick
