I saw approvals starting with 01-29x-xxxx , the 01 series ends at 01-300 ? when 02 series will start is it after 300 ? This board provides some details which are not know to lawyers even.

Does EAD makes chances If EAD is filed then your chances are more to get RFE otherwise if any of the document is not proper then that document and 4 paystub was asked in most of RFE\'s

Is it possible to take vacation after FP and Approval yet to come, EAD not applied. If approved while on vacation at Point of Entry what what will be the status H1 is valid for another year. Thanks in advance for info.

Congrats Congratulations , it seems this is second case which indicates AVM is useless. Did you apply for EAD,AP. Please provide WAC # series. Good Luck to You.

folks i am planning to go for vacation , i had my FP done and processing resumed bla-2 on AVM, what happens if I get approval while I am on vacation, is there any limit to get stamping done from the day you receive approval in mail.

fp reschedule Guys, My ND is Nov 01 RD is Nov 21 01 CSC , FP ???, currently in India to get married in case if I get FP notice what is the cut off date , can I reschedule it, is there any way to check it out on AVM. Thanks in advance.
