Hi Sanjna, Thanks for your response. It does clear up my question. Yes, I am indian. My spouse had a H4-H1-H4 transition after coming to US. With the latest H4, she now has her own new I-94. Do I need to send a copy of that I-94 along with my other documents? Thanks Ravi

Hi there, My visa expires in Sept 2002 and I would like to revalidate my H1 and my spouse' H4 visas. How much would the total fee be in this case? Would my spouse' visa be considered as a separate application? Thanks Ravi
