Filed GC application for parents HELP!!!!!!
Yes I flied here in the US. Chicago. But they say it gets processed in Dallas. That's where we are. I went to immigration last week and they told me it can take up to 9 months. 5 months for the I130 and then 4 months for the I485. Is this true?- capebuffalo

Driver License Renew while On EAD

Filed GC application for parents HELP!!!!!!
I'm a US citizen and filed my parents GC on 26 July 2012. They already went for Biometric. Now if we log on to the system there is no changes for the last 50 day's. My dad's case still shows under acceptance since day 1. Not even at initial review yet. Whats going on. Please advise it drives...- capebuffalo
