Thanks, sarwarmd, nwctzn, DKSearch. If you apply at five years minus 90 days mark, in N-400 application form (Part 2. Information about your Eligibility), do you still check 'I have been a lawful permanent resident of the US for at least five years'? Or is it 'other'?

I got my EB GC approved on April 3, 2008. Can I file N-400 on Jan 4, 2013? Thanks.
