Adjustment of Status for my brother (F1 visa currently) Hello, I am a USC. My younger brother is on F1 visa. Can I file for his Adjustment of Status for my brother while he is here and get his EAD and Advance Parole too? Will it be expedited as he is in US and not in his home country? Thanks...- binish7475
