H1B Visa - Transfer
Hello All, Please help me out with a query... My H1B has just been filed for transfer (Not yet received the Receipt against my H1B Transfer Petition), so can i legally work for my new employer, or do i have to wait, till i receive the receipt from USCIS. Thanks in Advance, Ankur- apachau
